Sales Terms and Use:
 
Payment:  We accept the following credit cards; Visa / Mastercard / Discover:    All orders will require payment processing and authorization prior to final confirmation  from Copper Innovations, Inc.  Upon receipt of your order and payment authorization confirmation, you will receive an email response from Copper Innovations. Please note lead time is 2-4 weeks
 
Returns & General Policy Information:
 
Damaged merchandise upon arrival:  It is the customers responsibility to inspect all packages for damage prior to signing for shipments.  Copper Innovations, Inc will not be liable for damaged shipments unless noted on delivery receipt.  All of our shipments are insured so it is important that if it arrives damaged you contact us immediately.  We require all the original packaging to process a claim.  We will reship new products as soon as the damaged ones are returned.
 
Product is not what I expected:   We will credit the cost of the purchased item, less the shipping/handling charges, within the first 30 days after shipping.  All extra large or Signature Series products are subject to a 20% restocking fee automatically.  After 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items and all shipping  costs will be billed to the purchaser.  Shipping charges are non refundable.
 
All returns must be authorized:  All returns MUST BE authorized.  Call 1-866-466-5703 for authorization and an RMA # will be issued.  Any items returned without an RMA # will be assessed a 35% restocking charge.
 
**NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS**
 
Return Policy Exceptions:  All items shipped motor freight are NON returnable under any circumstances.  Cupolas with a base size of 30" or more are NON returnable.  All custom cupolas of any size are non returnable.
 
Motor Freight: Motor freight charges are an approximation only. Once shipped, any additional charges will be billed accordingly.
 
Special Orders:  ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
 
Disclaimer:  A natural copper luster finish will change and discolor over time and will eventually patina over decades.  This is the natural property of copper and is a desired trait of the element and is understood by the purchaser of these products.
